Speaker Construction was founded in 1982 by Jeffrey Speaker, a proud second-generation graduate of Williamson Trade School. From a young age, Jeff gained hands-on experience working alongside his father and grandfather, instilling in him the values of integrity, hard work, and dedication to craftsmanship. This strong foundation, combined with his vocational education, shaped Jeff into a hands-on business owner committed to guiding homeowners through every step of the construction process with expert advice, honest communication, and exceptional workmanship.

For more than four decades, Jeff has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and attention to detail. His commitment to doing the job right the first time has earned the trust of homeowners throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

Today, Speaker Construction specializes in Custom Home Building, Residential New Construction, Additions, Interior Renovations, and Commercial Projects.
